What a wonderful and memorable trip:  well-paced and balanced, which clearly had been carefully thought through – particularly with the break at Ranthambhore in the middle The varying modes of travel provided time to relax, see the countryside; just chill, as a family on the bus. I was relieved we flew Delhi to Jaisalmer, rather than the longer train trip – on reflection, one train trip is enough. A privilege to have consistently felt one met such interesting, knowledgeable, and good people though our guides and tour exposure.

Logistics excellent throughout, always felt cared for. Detailed tour description very useful during the trip.

Design of trip was excellent – good balance, variety and not overly busy. Everyone responsive to requests for adjustments. Happy that local guides given authority to vary order of program to maximize the experience. Always seemed to have the best guides.

Excellent food recommendations throughout, although Peshawari at ITC Mughal overpriced in comparison to others.

Superb hotels, representatives, guides and drivers. Huge variety in modes of transport. Thoughtful starter pack, with good documentation and information provided. Pleasant surprise to receive the diary, incense, tea, bag, Rajasthan book and other gifts.

Just to say thank you for organising out trip. The guides and drivers were all fantastic and it was really helpful to have a rep in each spot. The hotels were lovely, and the food was delicious.

We have now been vegetarian for nearly 2 weeks which we would never do in the UK. I have to say that the roads were terrifying with cows sauntering across the highway, but you get used to it. Thanks again!

We write to express our complete satisfaction with the holiday to India arranged by Out of Office in Partnership with Indian Vistas. In particular the personal service we received from Sarah Smith and yourself. Our bespoke holiday met all expectations. The hotels chosen were of a very high standard and a number were exceptional. The private drivers and tour guides were highly professional in their roles and added to the overall experience. The local guides were knowledgeable and delivered the Ancient and Modern history in a clear and understandable format. Their enthusiasm was clearly evident. The skills of the drivers were second to none.  A special mention to Naval Bhalgria, our driver from Delhi to Udaipur, who was exceptional in the service he provided. The service from our arrival at Delhi Airport to our departure 20 days later from Mumbai was seamless. We were amazed that at no time did we need to concern ourselves with conveyance between airport, hotel and throughout the whole tour. The itinerary arranged was special. Everything we asked for was delivered and we were supported with anything additional as we progressed on our tour. India is magnificent. We wanted a holiday of a lifetime; it was delivered completely.  It was an emotional departure, but there is no doubt a return journey will be made. We would have no hesitation in recommending Out of Office and Indian Vistas, they ensured our holiday was PERFECT.

As 2017 slowly fades into history, the highlight of our year was partnering with you to have one of our most memorable international trips ever. Just wanted to commend you on a very enjoyable trip we had. The highlight of the trip was our driver Akbar Hussain, who drove safely, was so polite and accommodating (we asked him to send us to a local market for shopping and he found us a suitable place where we enjoyed ourselves a lot). Our guide in Agra, Mukesh was full of knowledge and passion for his city, and he was looking after us a lot. We felt safe.

The mini bus was excellent and a luxury. We will be happy to travel with you again and please send our thanks to Akbar, his assistant and Mukesh for our wonderful experience.

I spent some time with my son in Europe after our vacation in India and have now arrived back home. I cannot thank you enough for creating the perfect holiday for us. Your attention to the smallest details made our visit carefree and immensely enjoyable. It was an experience of a lifetime. Both Samson and I are anxious to visit India again. We especially enjoyed Amritsar and the Punjab.
